About the Study
The project “The Impact of Social Media on the Integration of Ukrainian Migrants” is being carried out by the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Its aim is to analyze the significance of social media use by Ukrainian migrants residing in Poland from the perspective of relational integration theory.

Number of respondents: over 1,000 people

  • the use of social media to connect with others
  • the impact of social media use on the mutual integration process between migrants and non-migrants
  • the use of social media for maintaining contact with family and friends in Ukraine, establishing relationships in Poland, or building a social support network
  • relationships between migrants’ social media activities and their behaviors and attitudes in the real world
