About the Study

The study Needs assessment – Ukrainian communitiy in Poland” was carried out on the initiative of the International Rescue Committee (IRC Poland) Foundation. Its aim was to deepen knowledge about the situation, needs and challenges faced by refugees and migrants living in Poland. The results will be used to improve the planning and adaptation of support programmes, assistance and integration activities carried out by the Foundation. These initiatives are aimed at refugees and migrants in Poland in order to respond to their real needs and support the integration process.

  • Economic aspects, i.e. professional situation, working conditions and financial stability

  • Access to healthcare and psychological care – assessment of the availability and quality of services
  • Social integration – relations with the local community and participation in social and cultural life
