A review of 2025
We are delighted to look back on the past year of the “Between Ukraine and Poland” research programme.
The year 2025 was a period of intense work and dynamic growth for us – we carried out 12 surveys involving our panel, which now numbers around 4,000 participants and is constantly growing. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has joined the panel and actively shares their experiences. As a token of our appreciation for their commitment, we awarded participants prizes totalling over PLN 89,000 last year.
Every completed survey is not only a valuable contribution to scientific research, but also has a tangible impact on the development of recommendations for public institutions and organisations supporting migrants from Ukraine.
We conducted the research in collaboration with renowned partners such as:
- Jagiellonian University
- Cracow University of Economics
- International Rescue Committee Poland
- Polish Economic Institute
- Faculties of the University of Warsaw – the Faculty of Psychology and the Faculty of Economic Sciences
- Research teams within the Centre for Migration Research at the University of Warsaw.
Thanks to this collaboration, it is possible to conduct in-depth analyses of the everyday challenges, social relationships, employment situation and needs of migrants from Ukraine in Poland. The panel serves as an important tool for observing changes over time and deepening our understanding of the lives of Ukrainian migrants in Poland.
It is thanks to the involvement of the respondents – Ukrainian citizens living in Poland – that further research into their situation, needs and experiences can be carried out.
We are already working on further interesting research projects.
We are still looking for new contributors!
We encourage you to register on the platform and help build a reliable body of knowledge about the experiences of Ukrainian migrants in Poland.
