About the Study

The study ”Institutional and Private Rental Market in Poland” was commissioned by Escarola Sp. z o.o.

The survey aimed to assess the extent to which migrants from Ukraine are familiar with the Polish property rental market, both in the private sector and in institutional rentals.
In addition to determining the level of general awareness of available housing options, the survey identified potential barriers, difficulties in the property market and sources of information used by migrants from Ukraine when looking for flats to rent.
