Ukrainians in the Polish labour market

The survey was commissioned by Ogólnopolski Panel Badawczy Sp. z o.o. “Ariadna”. It aimed to assess the employment situation of people from Ukraine in the Polish labour market.

Its aim was to gain a better understanding of migrants’ experiences in the workplace, including employment conditions, pay and workplace relations. The survey also covered issues relating to social integration, as well as migration and life plans.
